May something wonderful be discovered at the Scarborough Castle dig….!

With all the amazing detectorist discoveries in recent years, let’s hope that something really amazing turns up at the Scarborough Castle dig.

Yet another treasure buried beneath Leicester….

But this time it is not a king, instead a magnificent Roman mosaic floor has been discovered under an apartment block. The plan is to lift it and eventually put it on display in Leicester.
